It has many variations to it and one can make it longer and include activities such as fishing, pony rides, hiking, cycling etc. One can also add on days to go to Katse dam or Oxbow etc. Have a look at this post which provides one with a bit more info into this exciting area.

Posted by Geoff on Jun 12, 2009 in general

lionsFinally the British and Irish Lions are here! Couldn’t wait to get in on the action and watch my team, the Natal Sharks vs the Lions at Kings Park (No further comment there but it was really good to see the Lions live!). Some of the Lions chaps I met there asked me about the tours I am running and if I could set up a link for them on my blog…so here it is to all you Lions supporters! Read more on our tours in Lesotho, the Drakensberg, the Battlefields of KZN and more.

Fly-fishing in Lesotho

Posted by Geoff on Jun 4, 2009 in general

fishing2Fishing in Lesotho can offer fantastic rewards for the enthusiast. The clear, beautiful mountain streams are surrounded by majestic mountain peaks and deep valleys. Hit Lesotho at the right time and you’ll experience some of the best on offer. Top the day off with a dram of whiskey and a trout on the braai and you won’t be mistaken if you thought you were in fishing heaven. But before you head off here are some things you should know and some places you should try. Read more…
